Lots of good news for Falling in Reverse fans today: The band has not only announced a new album—titled Fashionably Late—but they've also already released a music video for new single "Alone."
“['Alone' is] everything I’ve ever wanted to say to all these Twitter followers that talk shit,” frontman Ronnie Radke explains. “I wanted to let everyone that dedicates their lives to just one genre of music know why they are so unhappy.”
Best yet, fans don't even have to wait very long for some new Falling in Reverse: Fashionably Late is set for a June 18 release on Epitaph. The album has allowed Radke's first true passion, hip-hop, shine through.
“My dad raised me on metal, but my first serious love was hip-hop,” Radke says. “When I heard Dr. Dre’s The Chronic, that’s when I fell in love. I didn’t know what the hell they were talking about, the beats were intertwined, and it came inside of me and took me over. When we added hip-hop elements I was thinking, ‘Should I do this? This sounds crazy! Are people going to like this?’ Now I’ve never been so proud of something. The final product, Fashionably Late, is the best work I’ve ever done.”
